"Trip of a lifetime - very memorable. Our tour director was very knowledgeable, telling us the history of all the places we visited. She was so pleasant, always smiling, and went above and beyond what was expected of a tour director, even offering to pick me up some new items to replace the ones I had left in the hotel room. Several people became ill on the trip and a few had mishaps. Her heartfelt concern touched all of us. To the fantastic out of the way places she took us to, to the little treats she gave us, you could tell that she really enjoys her work. She made out trip very special and one that we will never forget."

"Our guide was fantastic. We could not fault her in anyway. She made this trip exceptional as she was so professional relaxed and friendly at all times while managing 45 people on the coach. We have travelled with many tour companies over the years with good guides but she was the best one we had ever had. It was the little extra things she did such as the Facebook group, the gifts, asking people for their music tastes and then playing it on the bus, the games on long bus days to pass the time, the farewell video etc."
